"This series explores the interactions between the natural environment and the human habitat.  There is an inseparable relationship between natural forces and the artificial environments that we build for ourselves.  We try to “weather-proof” our homes and select only parts of the natural world to nurture for our own use.  However, we often forget that nature follows its own path and it is never apart from the landscape of human life."
